Yard Sales Aren't For Everyone
...and for those people, there's dumpster diving!
Fortunately, in Naperville, we don't have to go as far as the dumpsters - there's prime goods to be found. On the side of the road. Starting the evening before the trash pickup happens.
Not that I make it a normal habit, but in the the normal course of driving around you can't believe the masses of stuff that people seem to have no use for. I picked up a fully-working 4 gallon 125 psi air compressor yesterday. Do I have a use for it? Not yet. But lack of an immediate purpose never stopped a man from acquiring more tools....

Over 1000 sellers on NYS
Well, we recently surpassed a nice, even-number milestone. 1000 sellers have signed up to use NYS (we're actually at 1020 now). Some have yet to post an item, but most have. And people are having more and more success selling their junk, er, valuable goods. :) Just yesterday we unloaded half a dozen items or so on some unsuspecting locals.
